Green Water Softening Systems

We utilize more advanced technology than your traditional water softeners. Traditional water softeners require expensive media changes and many areas within the United States are banning traditional water softeners. Traditional water softeners discharge salt and waste water due to their backwashing processes making them environmentally unfriendly.
Green water softening systems from WB USA use a more advanced and environmentally friendly technology that is legal in all areas. These green water softening systems do not use any electricity and do not backwash preventing them from wasting water. There are no regeneration media changes required and the system does not use any valves making them failure proof. These green water softening systems utilize up-flow media tanks with two different types of media. The first water softening media tank utilizes a glass-coated polymer scale removal media that replaces the traditional water softener. This media breaks down the hard particles in the water that usually cause scaling which produces the same effects as soft water. From there the water flows into an activated carbon up-flow media tank. Activated carbon removes chlorine, chloramines, volatile organics, heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants as well as polishing the water for good taste. The combination of these two media water filtration processes creates soft water while removing many other contaminants making it a much safer and effective system than a traditional water softener system. Also these green water softening systems are much more cost effective because these do not require the common maintenance and media changes that traditional water softeners do as well.
